Battery compatibility varies by motor, so confirm the exact battery with POP before ordering. If you already own a compatible Torqeedo Travel battery, the motor-only option skips the extra pack.
Range depends on speed, load, hull, propeller, and conditions: full throttle drains any battery far faster than a slow cruise. The onboard display calculates live remaining range from your actual speed and power draw, so you always know where you stand. As a rule, slowing down extends range substantially. Describe your normal crew and trip length when discussing a setup with POP.
The included 180 W charger refills the 648 Wh Travel XS battery in roughly three to four hours from empty. Larger batteries take proportionally longer. The batteries also support solar charging with compatible panels, and the battery management system monitors the pack while it charges.
