Refund and Return Policy

At Pop Board Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we have established the following Strict 60-Day Return Policy to govern all return requests. By making a purchase from Pop Board Co., you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Period (60 Days)

You have sixty (60) days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 60 days have elapsed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was received. Specifically:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any alterations or damage.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective covers intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Right to Reject: Pop Board Co. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not meet these strict requirements.

3. Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs

Please be advised of the financial terms regarding returns:

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must first obtain authorization.

  1. Contact Us: Email info@popboardco.com within the 60-day window to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Instructions: If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and specific instructions.

  3. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without a prior Return Authorization request will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Risk of Loss: You bear the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damages and Issues

You are required to inspect your order immediately upon reception. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This ensures we can evaluate the issue and remedy it promptly. Failure to report damages immediately may result in the denial of your claim.

6. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are Final Sale and strictly non-returnable:

  • Sale items and clearance merchandise.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Personal care goods (beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive the item you want, please return the unwanted item according to the procedure above. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, notwithstanding the above policies.

  • The item must still be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, the refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@popboardco.com.
